He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Ludwig and Leah Ludwig. He is survived by: his wife Emma Elaine Collings; and his children, Rebecca, Robert, Kenneth, Vivian and Mark. He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren; and his 25 great-grandchildren.

Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Price Funeral Chapel (6335 Sunrise Blvd, Citrus Heights, CA 95610). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery (5810 Midway Rd, Dixon, CA 95620).
