Carter Jr., Ralph L. Carter and Robert P. Carter; and her children, Cheryl Stevens (George), Addison Thomas, Benita Thomas, John Thomas (Denise) and David Thomas (Tonya). She is also survived by five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, a host of beloved relatives.
