He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth R. Blakeley and Elizabeth J. Blakeley; his siblings, Shannon D. Ackerman, Derek S. Meyers and Michelle A. McDaniel; and his siblings' children, Luke, Nora and Paige McDaniel (Rashell Blakeley).
