He is survived by: his former wife Frances Phipps; his children, Lana Fernandez, Jay Phipps (Evelyn), Charles Wyatt Phipps and Laureen Hill (Victor); his wife Alice Phipps (Nalbandian); and his stepdaughters, Karen Villarreal (Art) and Kathy Crain (Mike). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
