She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Western and Gladys Western; her husband Bill; her sister Hazel Doffelmyer; and her stepson Joe Forbis.

She is survived by: her daughters, Kris Stejskal (Tim) and Kim Forbis (Jason); and her stepson Jerry Forbis (Diane). She is also survived by six grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
