He is survived by: his children, Shareen Devi Richards, Keith Anand Singh, Moreen Devi Kumar and Neil Gaurav Singh; and his siblings, Arjun Singh (Fiji), Vijay Singh (Fiji) and Kusum Chand Usha (Fiji). He is also survived by seven grandsons; one granddaughter; and one great-granddaughter.
