It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Jeanne (Wilson) Noyes in Chico, California, who passed away on August 12, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Barbara Jeanne may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Barbara Jeanne touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Wilson and Sadie Wilson. She is survived by: her son Frank D. Noyes (Cheryl); her granddaughters, Sherry Staser (Charles), Sara Rexrode and Jessica Albere; her great grandchildren, Karlie and Jesse Rexrode; and her pet Barbara.
