“Two years ago today, my best friend of nearly 50 years passed away. Bruce was one of the brightest, funniest people I’ve known. We met in a Physics class at Chico State in 1972, we later worked at a Puritz gas station together in Chico. We became fast friends sharing love of cars, Bob Dylan records and various forms of mischief. I desperately miss him. No one could make me laugh like Bruce. He was above all else, a kind and gentle soul.”
