Bud leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Bud’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Bud will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, O. E. Tracy, Sr. and Luella Tracy (Witbeck); his wife Linda Tracy (Potter); his children, Edwin Tracy (Holly (Hosford) Tracy) and Arwen Funk (Wally Funk); his grandchildren, Cole, Rowynn Funk and McKenzie Tracy; his great grandchildren, Carol Luce (Tracy) and Jackie Rexroad (Jack Rexroad); and his sibling-in-law Leslie Ginno (Potter). He was also cherished by siblings and in-laws.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Newton Bracewell Funeral Home (680 Camellia Way, Chico, CA 95926).
