It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Aeilts (Chico, California), born in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, who passed away on October 29, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Peter Aeilts and Sebina Voortman; and his sisters, Janice Overbee and Alaine Mills. He is survived by : his daughters, Karey Davenport (Troy) and Amanda Patton (Phillip) of Chico; his wife Margie Aeilts; his grandchildren, Thomas and Hannah of Paradise; and his siblings, Petronella Dowell of Marysville, Verona Aeilts-Rojas of Chico, Mavis Hawkins of Sioux Falls, SD, Darwin Aeilts of Sioux Falls, SD and Tony Aeilts of Tucson, AZ. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
