He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl and Lorraine Carlsen. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Kristy (Chris Capozzo) and Kyle (Roxanne); his grandchild Rae; his siblings, Richard (Cathy) and Pamela; his niece Kathryn; and his stepchildren, Michelle (Aaron Landreth), Christina (Ali Beheshti), Bertrand (Trang Ithurburn) and Robert (Alysia Ithurburn).
