He is survived by: his wife Helen Ward Hubbard; his children, Cecil Hubbard of Florida, Linda Saghy of Oroville, CA and Thomas Hubbard of Chico, CA; and his grandchildren, Christine Harvey (Dan) of Oroville, CA and Andrew Saghy of Oroville, CA. He is also survived by six great grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
