It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Franklin Lovell Taylor (Chico, California), who passed away on June 22, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Taylor and Melva Taylor; and his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Rusche. He is survived by: his daughter Gail; his son-in-law Bill Collins; his son Richard; his daughter-in-law Honey Taylor; his grandchildren, Emilie Wilson (Mark), Mollie Patrich (Matt), Zachary Collins (Destiny) and Spencer Taylor; his great grandchildren, Wesley, Willie, Warren, Emma, Jared, Atrayu and Zarren; and his sister Lula Thomasson. He is also survived by his sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, and numerous nieces and nephews.
