He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Kenney; his children, Jeffrey Kenney and Amy Fagan (AJ); his granddaughters, Ashley Kenney and Daphne Fagan; and his sibling's children, David Simon (Barbi) and Tammy Simon.
