It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joan Marie Swanson (Chico, California), who passed away on November 9, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Bud; and her daughter Stephanie. She is survived by : her children, Cindy Palmer of Cherokee, Ja-Key Robinson of Cherokee, Julia Robinson (Sam) of Chico and Shane Swanson (Tammy) of Chico; her stepdaughter Shari Daugherty of Alaska; her sister Kay Hosmer (Richard) of Colusa; and also Shari. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
