He is survived by: his wife Maria; and his children, Duane Seltzer (Carla), Julie Soeth (Steve) and Diane Rubio (Ricardo). He is also survived by his many grandchildren and great grandchildren, and a wide circle of extended family.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Newton Bracewell Funeral Home (680 Camellia Way, Chico, CA 95926).
