He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his son Robert (Sophie); his grandsons, Isaac and Dylan; his son Kenneth J.; and his grandchildren, Noah, Emma and Fiona.

A reception will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Derucher Home.

On good days, he brought home the literal fruits of his labor, a small but meaningful contribution to a household that struggled to get by.
