Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Leola leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Schwartz and Glenola Schwartz; and her husband Cecil "Pete" Peterson. She is survived by: her children, Tracy Peterson of Chico, Debbie Havens of Sacramento and Hope Jester of Bozeman, Montana.; her son-in-law Wayne; and her grandchildren, Jeremy Fillmore, Nicholas Jester and Hannah Jester. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
