He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Perkins; his sister Karen Harvey (Virgil); his children, Lorelei Myers (Erich), Lonnie Perkins and Lorna Smallwood; and his grandchildren, Zach, Christopher, Caleb, Carson, Izabella, Spencer, Sierra, Shelby, Ethan, Emily, Ean and Eli.
