Mark is survived by: wife Victoria "Vickie" Spelts; daughters, Jordan Spelts, Jennifer Mein (Robert) and Jacqueline Roth (Federico); grandchildren, Robert, Derek and Sienna Mein; daughters, Evangeline and Liliana Roth; sisters, Aneeta Brown, Marsha Bolan and Rhonda Krom; Dee Lilla Bedecke.
In place of flowers, the family suggests memorial, donations to Enloe Health Regional Cancer Center, Chico Police Department, Holy Trinity Church of Chico CA, and the Georgia Warren Spelts Scholarship at the University of Nebraska-Kearney.
