She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Townsley and Jean Townsley (England); her husband Charles; her children, Ryan Davis (Kristina), Matthew Davis and Kameron Daily (Nick); her stepsons, James Rough (May), Sean Rough (Kendall) and Charles Rough III (Genevieve); her brother-in-law Richard Rough (Mandy); her grandchildren, Hanna, Brayden, Owen, Marly and Kaia; and her stepgrandchildren, Lucia, Scott, Elsa, Charlotte, Owen and Sydney.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 21st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Lakeside Pavilion (2565 California Park Dr, Chico, CA 95928).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her name to Butte Home Health and Hospice.
