We announce the death of Rachel Sarah Wagner of Chico, California, born in Arlington, Texas, who passed away on October 20, 2026, at the age of 40. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Fred, Betty Wagner, Samuel G. and Lois Jones; her uncles, Charles Wagner and Guy Jones; and her aunt Pamela Riley.
She is survived by: her parents, Fred Wagner and Leslie Wagner (Jones); her brothers, David Wagner (Melissa Nettleton), Tim Wagner and Ben Wagner (Becky); her aunts, Dagmar Jones of Bryan and Lori Fernandez of Magnolia; her nieces and nephews, Hunter Wagner (Hannah), Grace Khati (Naresh), Logan Wagner (Grace), Trinity, Tripp, Charlotte and Audrey; and her cousins, Samantha Lopez (Chris) of College Station, Larissa Lachniet (Tyson) of Katy, Scott Riley of Bryan, Donavan and Madison Fernandez of Houston.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Wade Funeral Home & Crematory - Arlington (4140 W Pioneer Pkwy, Arlington, TX 76013). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Grace Place Church (5950 S Collins St, Arlington, TX 76018). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Arlington Cemetery (801 S Mary St, Arlington, TX 76010).
