He is survived by: his parents, Virginia Peterson and Wilfred Jones; his brothers, Neil and Larry; his stepfather Val Peterson; his brother Joe; his wife Kathy; his children, Mike and Ruth Jones; his daughter-in-law Dawn; his granddaughter Emma; his sister-in-law Joellen Peterson; his nephew Kyle; his brother-in-law Greg Patrick; and his sisters, Liz Takano and Michelle Pritchard.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Grace Community Church (2346 Floral Ave, Chico, CA 95926).
