It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Field in Chico, California, who passed away on September 11, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Foster and Tillie Foster; her husband Chuck Field; her son Larry Field; and her sisters, Onda Foster Hartman and Jean Foster Denny.
She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Field Wirth; and her granddaughter Angie Wirth Price (Ben Price). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and even great-great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Butte Humane Society or Shriners Hospitals for Children, both causes close to Shirley's heart.
