He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Josie (Jo); his daughters, Candace and Melissa; his son-in-law Stephen; his grandchildren, Justin, Jacob and Carys; his parents, Thomas Grier Bowers and Belia Belen Bernal Bowers; and his siblings, Carlos, Dolores and Irene.
