She is survived by: her siblings, Nellie Van Dam (Doug Knapp), Bert Van Dam, Eldert Van Dam (Susan) and Henny Carney (Bill); and her nieces and nephews, Renae McCain, BJ Van Dam, Rachel Depue, Katie Young, Tracy Zavadil, Aerin Carney, Michael Van Dam and Adam Carney. She is also survived by her two great-nieces and eight great-nephews.
