Lila Van Ravenswaay Obituary
Lila Van Ravenswaay, born on September 30, 1935, passed away on September 4, 2026. Lila leaves behind family members and others who acknowledge this loss. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Harskamp and Agnes Harskamp; and her granddaughter Carly Van Ravenswaay. She is survived by: her children, Denise (Ron Miersma), Alane (Fred Ferriera), Joel (Shelayne Van Ravenswaay), Minda (Rick Owens) and Susan (Alan Mulder); and her sisters, Donna (Don Naimoli), Ardith (Cornie Bleeker), Carla (Jim DeRuyter) and Joanne (Doug Ellis). She is also survived by ten grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the United Reformed Church (6159 Riverside Dr, Chino, CA 91710). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Memory Gardens Cemetery in Sioux Center.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Joni and Friends, in Lila's name.
