She is survived by: her children, Dawnelle Roberts (Mike) of Kentucky, Richard Roth of California and John Roth (Beth) of Arizona; her grandsons, Michael Roberts (Tammy), Jeremy Roberts (Jennifer) and Matthew Roberts (Terra); her children, Tyler Roth (Mallory), Katelyn Martinez (Chris) of California, Ian Roth (Clair) of Arizona and Logan Roth (Stephanie) of South Carolina; her great grandchildren, Hailey, Kali, Harper, McKenna, Madilyn, Lily of Kentucky, Milo, Jay, Libby, Arie, Nico of California and Dexter of South Carolina; her brother-in-law Dr. Sidney Hopkins (Susan); and her nephews, Steve Hopkins (Laura), Scott Hopkins (Sharon), Jeff Hopkins (Heather) and Michael Brantley.
