He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Akins (Boyett); his daughters, Wendy Olono (John) and Chrissy Brown (Matt); his grandchildren, Logan Hartman, Mason Olono, Hunter Brown, Brayden Olono and Kennedy Brown; and his sister Tammy Fishbeck of Ironton, Missouri..
