He was predeceased by : his father Glenn Bishop. He is survived by : his mother Barbara Bishop; his children, Kenneth Bishop, Joshua Bishop and Monica Sanchez; and his brothers, Bobby Bishop and Steven Bishop (Laura Young). He is also survived by his 9 grandchildren.

“I first met Kenny in 1964 at the Pony field on 3rd St. We got into a fight. We were 6 or 7 I don't remember and we were friends until we both left for the military in 1975. Kenny to the Marines and me to the Army. We stayed at each others house many times, I will always remember those times. Rest easy now brother, Semper Fidelis.”
