She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Hopkins and Mary Pearl Rake Hopkins; her stepmother Anne Hopkins; her siblings, Shirley VanderMel and Buck Hopkins; and her children, Janet Lewis and Jeff Lewis.
She is survived by: her brother Herbert Elder Jr. (Buck); her stepbrother Brian Charles Bergstrom; her sons, Jeffery John and Richard Clay; her husband Dick Lewis of Homer, AK; her children, Clay Lewis and Jeanne Breshears (Chowchilla); her grandchildren, Jeffery John Lewis of Italy, Phillip Ray Vaught, Michael Dan Breashears, Jr., Will Kyle Lewis of Bieber, CA, Jake Austin Lewis of Champaign, IL, Nathan Robert Gilaspy of Honolulu, HI., Kayla Michelle Vaught of Ketchikan, AK, Lindsay Renea Breshers of Kirkland, WA, Katie Lewis Tonn and Ashley Rae Gilaspy of Chowchilla, CA.; and her great grandchildren, Ella Rae Breshers, Hailey Isabella Breashears, Hudson Michael Breashears, Axel Ray Vaught, Clay John Vaught, Arabella Rose Tonn, Wyatt Daniel Guthrie, Waylon Kenneth Guthrie, Phillip and Mikayla.
