She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Mello (Bettencourt) and Joe Soares Mello; her husband Jerry Bennett; her granddaughter Michelle Mabdala; and her great grandchild Abigail Cox.
She is survived by: her children, Pam (Craig Wood), Rick Bennett, Terri (Mike Mandala) and Jody Bennett. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to St. Agnes Hospice.
