Howard Frank Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on January 20, 2026, at the age of 96, Howard Frank (Citrus Heights, California) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Frank and Agnes Frank; his former wife Rosita; his brothers, Carl and Jim; and his great grandchild Jackson Frank.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Frank; his children, Bill (Debi) of Lincoln City, Gary (Krista) of Waukee Iowa and Sally (Jay) of Rancho Cordova; and his sister Sharon of Tallahassee. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
