He was predeceased by: his parents, William S Ketner and Anna Mae Ketner Haggerty (Akins); and his brothers, Dale and Daryl Ketner. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Schwab-Ketner of Citrus Heights, CA; his siblings, William S. Ketner, Jr. of Valparaiso, IN and Sandra K. Bloom (Ketner) of Harrisburg, PA; his daughter Tracy Wofford (Sullivan) of Creekside, PA; and his stepson Anthony Capizzi of Nokesville, VA.

Memorial contributions may be made to The National Motorcycle Safety Fund.
