He was predeceased by: his parent Phillip Harlos; and his sibling Deana Haynes. He is survived by: his child Josh Harlos (Amanda); his grandchildren, Izabella and Aubrie; his parent Iva Harlos; and his siblings, Sharon Dean (Michael), Richard Harlos, Don Harlos and Kristine Harlos.
