“Dear CeCe Its Jim and Jackie Thomas from Whitehall .I am so sorry to hear Roy passed .Jim and I were discussing coming out to Reno in September and going to come over to Sacramento to see you both. But then I said I had not seen him on Facebook and went to look him up and boy what a shock to see his obituary.
