She was predeceased by: her parents, George Wertz and Nanette Wertz. She is survived by: her husband Bruce; her sons, Jared (Brian) and Brian (Tami); her grandchildren, Ben, Emilie, Tessa, Will, Tim and Michael; and her brothers, David Wertz (Tina) and Philip Wertz (Pamela).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to the Elk Grove Regional Scholarship Foundation where scholarships will be established in Amy's memory.
