He is survived by: his daughter Jazzy; his mother Veronica Tovar; and his siblings, Raevan Shephard, Ivanna Tovar, Yolanda Sanchez, Daven Shepherd, Taylor Shepherd, Ricky Tovar, Joshua Tovar and Dominic Tovar.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at 2726 Mission Rancheria Rd, Lakeport, CA 95453. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the BIG Valley Community Center (1119 Napo Way, Lakeport, CA 95453). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Heartly Cemetery (2552 Hill Rd E, Lakeport, CA 95453).
