He is survived by: his wife Suanne Rutherford; his children, Drew Rutherford (Aubrey) and Zach Rutherford (Rachel); his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Harley, Judah, David and Scottie; and his siblings, Dreama Ayers (Curt), Deborah Trotter (Tom), Dudley Rutherford (Renee) and Dean Rutherford (Bernie).
