She was predeceased by: her husband Norman Wegley; her son Brady Moser; and her parents, Don Eller and Anna Joyce Eller. She is survived by: her children, Brent Moser, Mike Moser (Leslie) and Michele Thornsberry; her stepchildren, Michael Wegley (Lisa), Eric Wegley (Greg) and Kristin Llanos (Bill); and her siblings, Dick Eller (Jeanie), Dean Eller (Claudia) and Diana Saam (Erik). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

A graveside service was held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Belmont Memorial Park (201 N Teilman Ave, Fresno, CA 93706).

“I would like to say how sorry I am to hear of Donna's passing. We were childhood friends from the age of four through the eighth grade when she and her family moved away from Tranquillity. I'll always cherish my memories of Donna - the dancing lessons, the Girl Scouts, the sleep-overs, the birthday parties. . . .
