With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Flora Hazel Laughlin of Clovis, California, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 31, 2026 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harry Osse and Flora Osse; her siblings, Douglas, Donald, Martha and Lynette; her birth father Alex Ramos; her siblings, Sharon and Alex; her daughter Harriet; her former spouse Kara; her grandchildren, Joshua, Nicole and Rachel; her family Tarlton Sprint Cars; and her great grandchildren, Brandon, Daniel, Addison Huggins, Jaxon and Jordan Patzkowsky.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to the Children's Ministry at The Bridge Church of Fresno or the Central California Food Bank.
