“In loving memory of Howard Edward Walker, May you be comforted by the outpouring of love surrounding you. I remember Howard as always being a kind soul. We would have dinners at his home with my parents, Don and Carol Padgett and my brother Donny. He and Midge were always kind and let us be kids, even though we were probably a little loud and silly. I can still remember his voice and his laugh. It was very distinct. He was my Dad's buddy and fishing partner. He will be missed. Fly high Howard.”
