He was predeceased by: his parents, Audria Duke and Lucille Duke. He is survived by: his wife Mildred "Ruth" Duke; his children, Mike (Sandy), Melody (Tim), Michelle and Melissa (Freddie); and his grandchildren, Audria, Ashley, Blakely, Amity, John, Jackson (Cooper) and Oliver.
