He was predeceased by : his wife Peggy Wiley; his parents, Arthur Wiley and Grace Wiley; his siblings, Patricia Siebert and Richard Wiley; and his granddaughter Alyssa Wiley.

He is survived by : his children, Tom Wiley (Rene), Teri Sanchez and Tim Wiley. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
