She was predeceased by : her parents, Angle Manongdo and Paula Manongdo (Picar); and her husband Teofilo Picar. She is survived by : her daughters, Jocelyn Picar Capucao (Nestor) of Fresno and Annie Picar Garcia of Sanger; her grandchildren, Melanie Picar Capucao Loewen (Kyle), Meghan Picar Capucao, Mekaella Picar Capucao and Keith Picar Garcia; and her great grandchildren, Denver John Loewen and Beckham Nestor Loewen.
