He was predeceased by: his parents, Esther Smith and John Smith; and his daughter Leisa Diane Esquivel. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Smith; his children, Randy Smith (Cheryl), Vicki Combs (David) and Troy Allan Smith (Terri); and his siblings, Connie Murdoch and Danney Smith.
