We announce the death of Miryam Guerrero in Clovis, California, who passed away on August 16, 2026, at the age of 90. Miryam’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She is survived by: her husband Augusto Gutierrez Penagos; her children, Juan Carlos Gutierrez (Maria Claudia Peña), Ximena Arosteguy (John) and Ana Cristina Gutierrez; and her grandchildren, Jaime Arias Gutierrez, Nicole Curwen-Reed, Andrew Arosteguy and Nicolas Gutierrez Gamez.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Miryam's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or American Humane Society.
