She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Bonifacio Aquino and Encarnacion Raymundo Aquino; her children, Fel, Abel, Lynda Rae (Pierre Scales), Rona May (Erick Cuenca) and Ronald Dale; her husband Abel; her grandchildren, Caitlin (Andrew Pedersen), Lauren (Thomas Cervantes), Courtney Cuenca, Jon Pierre Scales, Rachel Scales, Haley Pangan, Annelise Scales, Cienna Pangan, Gavin Pangan and Gabriella Pangan; her great grandchildren, Sereia and TJ Cervantes; and her siblings, Esperanza Mopera, Mary Aquino, Bonifacio Aquino and Roman Aquino. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Many of her students attained success in professional arenas and returned to voice their appreciation and donate to school projects.
