He was predeceased by: his parents, Hollis McNeilly and Mary McNeilly. He is survived by: his wife Eileen McNeilly; his son Richard McNeilly (Heather); and his stepson Nick Dowie (Steven). He is also survived by three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
