He is survived by : his wife Dana; his children, Monica Douglas (Kent), Erica Carpenter and Andrea Brazil (Richard); and his grandchildren, Chan Douglas, Julian Douglas, Andie O'Hare, Carter O'Hare, Beau Brazil and Rex Brazil.
